Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Milkshake

This dairy-free milkshake is ultra creamy and rich, thanks to coconut milk and smooth peanut butter.

Ingredients

One 13.5-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk

1/4 cup smooth peanut butter 

2 tablespoons honey 

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 

2 very ripe bananas, sliced and frozen (about 1 cup) 

Directions

  1. Add the coconut milk, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, bananas and 2 cups ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
