Ingredients
First Layer:
8 ounces frozen strawberries
1 cup champagne
Second Layer:
7 ounces frozen mango or orange concentrate
1 cup champagne
Third Layer:
10 ounces frozen pitted cherries
1 cup champagne
4 champagne-soaked fruit skewers, for garnish, optional
Directions
- For the first layer: Add the strawberries and champagne to a blender and blend until fully incorporated. Pour this layer into 4 champagne glasses.
- For the second layer: Wash out the blender. Add the mango and champagne and blend until fully incorporated. Pour this layer over a spoon into each glass, over the strawberry layer.
- For the third layer: Wash out the blender again, then add the cherries and champagne. Blend until fully incorporated. Pour this final layer over a spoon into each glass, over the mango layer. Garnish with a champagne-soaked fruit skewer if using.
