Garlic Chips

Ingredients

15-20 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon coarse salt

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over moderate heat. Add garlic slices and saute until lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Drain garlic on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
