Ingredients
1/2 gallon salted caramel ice cream
4 shots Scotch whiskey
One 4-pack of your favorite oatmeal or milk stout
Directions
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer and allow to soften for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place 4 tall float glasses or glasses of your choosing in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the glasses from the freezer and place 2 to 3 scoops of ice cream into each. Add a Scotch shot to each, then top with beer until the glasses are full. Serve with long spoons or straws.
