Ingredients
2 ounces rye whiskey
1/2 ounce artichoke liqueur, such as Cynar
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth, such as Carpano Antica
1 petal fennel
1 strip orange zest
Directions
- To a cocktail glass filled with ice, add the rye, artichoke liqueur and sweet vermouth. Stir for 30 seconds to chill. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with the fennel petal and orange zest.
