Giant Bloody Mary with Mini Cheeseburger and Friends

For the really hungry, really thirsty, brunch loving, burger obsessed, big drink lover, comes the Giant Bloody Mary. Garnished with the kitchen sink and more, this tall drink of vodka and other spirits is sure to lift the spirits of anyone who crosses its path. The use of heavy machinery is not recommended.

Ingredients

1 ounce fresh lemon juice

8 ounces vodka

16 ounces tomato juice

1/4 ounce hot sauce, like Tabasco

1/4 ounce Worcestershire sauce

2 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

2 teaspoons celery salt

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Garnishes:

4 cooked cocktail shrimp

4 cornichons

8 green olives

8 cocktail onions

4 mini bacon-cheese burgers, homemade or store-bought

4 celery stalks with leafy tops

4 lime wedges

Directions

Special equipment:
4 grilling skewers
  1. Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice, then add the lemon juice, vodka, tomato juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire, horseradish, celery salt and black pepper and shake until completely chilled. Strain and divide into four highball glasses filled with ice.
  2. For the garnishes: Using grilling skewers, divide and skewer the cocktail shrimp, cornichons, green olives, cocktail onions and burgers. Garnish each glass with a skewer, a celery stalk and a lime wedge.
