Ingredients
4 avocados
2 mangos, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Peel and remove the skin from the avocados. Place the avocados in a large bowl and crush them using a fork. Add the mangos, onion, cilantro, bell pepper, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well blended but chunky.
- To serve, place on a platter with your favorite dipping chips.
