3 small sprigs thyme

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Melt the butter with the olive oil in a large roasting pan. Toss all of the ingredients in the butter/oil mixture to coat evenly.

Anna H.

I was looking for a simple roasted potato receipe with herbs and found this one on Food Network. The combination of potato, herbs, shallots, and garlic was just what I was looking for. This recipe was easy, quick, and delicious. My house still has the aroma of garlic and herbs. The best aroma I have encountered. Excellent recipe!
