Horseradish Garlic Mayonnaise

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

1 to 2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup minced parsley

Directions

  1. In a blender combine the garlic, horseradish, olive oil, and vinegar and process until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt, fold in the parsley and serve with beef.

Not a great balance of ingredients. Heavy olive oil taste and too much vinegar (since prepared horseradish already has vinegar).
