Ingredients
10 chiles of your choice, seeds left in or removed depending on your heat preference
15 cloves garlic
1 cup lemon or lime juice
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar or vinegar of choice
Kosher salt, optional
Sugar, optional
Directions
- Place the chiles, garlic, lemon juice and vinegar in a blender and process until combined. Season to taste with salt or sugar and store in a jar. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
