Hot Sauce

I use this hot sauce to add spice to sauces, fish and even salad dressings.

Ingredients

10 chiles of your choice, seeds left in or removed depending on your heat preference

15 cloves garlic

1 cup lemon or lime juice

1/2 cup distilled white vinegar or vinegar of choice

Kosher salt, optional

Sugar, optional

Directions

  1. Place the chiles, garlic, lemon juice and vinegar in a blender and process until combined. Season to taste with salt or sugar and store in a jar. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
