Ingredients

1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/2 cup good orange marmalade

Directions

  1. Combine the butter and marmalade in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Place in a serving bowl and serve at room temperature.

I softened up the butter a bit and then mixed in the orange marmalade by hand.  No mixer needed.  SO good on pumpkin muffins!
