Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
1 fresh Tahitian vanilla bean, split and seeded
1/2 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped, a few reserved for garnish
1 pint high quality vanilla ice cream
Directions
- To a blender carafe, add milk, vanilla bean seeds, strawberries, and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled mason jars, garnish with strawberries and enjoy.
