Jicama Salad

Ingredients

1 jicama, peeled, julienned

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl toss all ingredients together. Serve as a garnish.
