Ingredients
4 fresh peach slices
1/2 pint fresh raspberries
8 ounces peach syrup, from a can of peaches in syrup
6 ounces peach whiskey
Juice from 2 small limes (about 2 tablespoons)
8 ounces sparkling water
1/2 pint raspberry sorbet
Directions
Special equipment:
4 cocktail picks- Cut the peach slices in half and place on cocktail picks, alternating with the raspberries. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes, shake the peach syrup and peach whiskey with a few squeezes of lime juice.
- Put a couple of fresh ice cubes into each of 4 rocks glasses. Add a quarter of the sparkling water to each and top with a scoop of raspberry sorbet. Pour a quarter of the contents of the shaker into each glass. Garnish with the cocktail picks and enjoy!
