Ingredients

One 750-milliliter bottle Campari

One 750-milliliter bottle gold rum

One 750-milliliter bottle dry vermouth

1 cup Velvet falernum

Dried pineapple, for garnish

Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Strips of orange peels (from 3 oranges), for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the Campari, rum, vermouth and Velvet falernum. Place in the refrigerator (or freezer!) until ready to serve. Serve 3 to 4 ounces in each glass with lots of ice. Garnish with a dried pineapple, mint sprig and orange peel.

Cook’s Note

This is great to make ahead for a party, and because it's all liquor you can keep it very cold in the freezer until you are ready to serve it. If you aren't having a party, pour into cute jars and give as a great holiday gift!

Looks delicious, but Katie didn’t mention pouring it over Ice as recipe indicates. Obviously I would think this important for serving!
