Lemon Dill Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon horseradish

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. May be made 2 days in advance.

The lemon juice and lemon zest along with the dill make this sauce very different and refreshing. I made a double recipe and used 1 tablespoon of horseradish. Next time I would use a bit more. Very tasty!
