Ingredients
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Quarter size piece ginger
2 teaspoons honey, or to taste
3/4 cup boiling water, approximately
Dark rum, optional
Directions
- In a mug combine lemon juice, ginger, honey and boiling water. Let steep at least 3 minutes. Add rum to taste.
