Mango Fool (Mousse De Mango)

Ingredients

3 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped

3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, divided

1 Tbs. lime juice

1 Tbs. orange juice

1 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Place mango, 2 tablespoons sugar, lime and orange juice into bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape mixture into a large mixing bowl and chill completely. Whip cream with remaining sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into mango mixture and spoon into small dessert cups. Serve immediately.

Made the fool, sprinkled coconut on top, added whipped cream. A fruity, tropical dessert, good for after a heavy meal, or for summer.  Soooooo easy!
