Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon sugar
6 ounces Cherry Heering liqueur
2 quarts strawberry ice cream, preferably home made
6 large strawberries
Directions
- Whip cream with sugar. Fold in a bit of liqueur to taste. Divide half of cream into 6 glasses, followed by half of ice cream. Coat with half of liqueur. Top with remaining cream, ice cream and liqueur. Garnish with strawberries.
