I am from Minnesota and lived near Clearwater so I know Nelson brothers restaurant quite well. Not only is their Chicken Wild Rice soup quite popular but they have Apple Fritter French Toast with Wild Rice Sausage! The apple fritter french toast doesn't need syrup...add a little REAL butter to it and its awesome, and the wild rice sausage, made locally really yummy...just the right amount of herbs and wild rice along with the meat.<div>As for the chicken wild rice soup, it is the best I ever have eaten, and I have tried many different kinds and recipes to try to duplicate it but it is never the same. Was so glad to find this on Food Networks recipe posts!    </div>
