Ingredients

Neelys Dry Rub, recipe follows

5 drops hot sauce

4 ounces vodka

2 ounces olive juice

1 jalapeno pepper, sliced in 1/2

Neelys Dry Rub:

4 ounces paprika

2 ounces white sugar

1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

  1. Dip rim of martini glass into water. Rim with Neelys Dry Rub.
  2. Add vodka, olive juice and hot sauce to chilled shaker. Shake well. Pour into glasses. Garnish with a slice of jalapeno.

Neelys Dry Rub:

  1. Add ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this martini!! It's pretty, wonderful presentation and tastes divine! I'd like to also suggest using caper juice! I was out of olives when I made this the first time but did have a large jar of capers. Makes a fabulous tasting drink, it's my new summer slammin' drink for friends, so far ALL of whom have INSISTED on the recipe. <br />Love you guys! <br />siri
