Peach Champagne

Ingredients

Scant 4 ounces Champagne

1/2 ounce canned peach nectar

1 slice fresh (or frozen) peach

Directions

  1. In a champagne glass pour chilled champagne. Carefully pour peach nectar down the inside of glass. Garnish with peach slice.

I first experienced a Peach Champagne in the Dominican Republic at a French restaurant in a very fine all inclusive. I have to say, although I am a long standing fan of the mimosa, and even champagne on it's own... this was a REFRESHING and INVIGORATING and SENSUAL twist. With a fine meal, this drink could feel almost sinful. It's very sexy, and in turn may very well make you feel the same. Now hurry and mix one up!
