This iced tea is wonderful!  The home-brewed tea with a slice on fresh ginger, plus some peach nectar and tequila (I used a reposado) makes for an extremely refreshing cold drink.  And it's not loaded with tequila so you can drink a few and be just fine.  Really delicious.
