Pear Cobbler

Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour (self-rising)

1 cup milk

1 can pears

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a glass baking dish or other heat-proof dish in a preheated 400 degree oven. Mix sugar, flour and milk. Pour this mixture into the hot dish and add fruit. Bake for 30 minutes.

I did exactly what the recipe said, came out kind of soupy and way too much butter. Do like half the amount of butter, more pears, and maybe 3/4 cup milk instead or add 1/2 cup oats.
