Pear Cobbler

Ingredients

4 Bosc pears, cored, peeled, and cut in wedges

1 1/4 cups brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 lemon, juiced

1/2 stick butter

1 store bought piecrust

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients except the piecrust in a saute pan. Saute for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and pour cobbler mixture into medium ramekins. For topping, put pre-made piecrust over cobbler and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

I picked these pears off the tree yesterday evening and made my cobbler a bit ago and it was sooo tasty and so delicious.My son and I,would give this recipe to everybody.We loved it and its quick and easy too!
