Pie Crust for Double Crust

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup shortening

4 tablespoons cold water

Directions

  1. Mix flour and salt together in a bowl. Add the shortening and mix it into the flour and salt with a fork or your fingertips until the mixture has the texture of course crumbs. Mix in the water, little at a time. Refrigerate to chill before rolling out the dough.

Very basic pie crust and easy to make. One thing...need temp of oven and cooking time. Or is it just me?
