1 pint butter pecan ice cream

4 jiggers spiced rum (recommended: Captain Morgan)

Cold root beer

Directions

  1. Pour spiced rum into a tall glass and top with root beer. Place a scoop of ice cream on rim of glass and serve with a long spoon and a straw.
