Taco Ranch Side Salad

Ingredients

3/4 cup good bottled ranch dressing

2 tablespoons taco seasoning (from a packet)

1 head green leaf lettuce, cut into large pieces 

1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese

1 Roma tomato, diced 

1 handful taco chips, crushed slightly 

Directions

  1. Add the ranch dressing and taco seasoning to a small bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Pile the lettuce into individual bowls. Sprinkle over the cheese, diced tomato and taco chips. Drizzle over the dressing and serve.

I love the combination of taco seasoning and ranch dressing!  I found 1/2 the amount of taco seasoning was plenty to season the ranch dressing.  Rave reviews on the dressing!<div>I make my own taco seasoning and I make my own ranch dressing by using 1/3 ea greek yogurt, light mayo and milk with 3 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Mix.</div>
