Virgin Mango Margaritas

Ingredients

Two 20-ounce jars mango chunks, drained

Ice, for blending

One 250-milliliter bottle lemon-lime soda

2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Throw the mango chunks into the blender. Top off the blender with ice. Pour in the soda and sugar and blend until completely smooth, adding more ice if necessary to get it the consistency you want. Pour the drinks and serve them immediately.

These are fantastic! I made them for my teenage daughter and friends. They devoured them on July 4th as they social distanced in the back yard. I used frozen mango and it wasn’t as flavorful as we’d have liked- to the recipes fault. We added a bit more lime juice and that zipped it up a smidge. We’ll make them again this weekend!
