Ingredients

3 ripe tomatoes, sliced into wedges

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Directions

  1. Arrange the tomato wedges on a platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
