Ingredients
Four 14-ounces rib-eye steaks
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Canola oil
Directions
- Marinate Rib-eyes for 1 hour in soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic mixture.
