While looking for something i could make as a last minute dish I saw this recipe and was inspired to use ingredients I had on hand -- I had no lump crab or tropical fruit cups. I did have bay shrimp, melons, and jalapeños.  So, I made a "shrimp salad with melon salsa" and served it up in some colorful parfait glasses.  It turned out great and my guests loved it so  much they wanted my recipe!  Thanks for the inspiration, Sandra! You rarely disappoint!!
