Um good Chocolate!

I just made this drink, but was unsure how much sparkling water to use. The size of mugs isn't mentioned. My guess is how good you'll think this drink is depends on the apple cider and spiced rum you use.

Sandra does not taste her food like so many chefs do on Food Network shows. She gets more recipes made in her show than any of the others I've watched.

Yes, she takes a swallow of her cocktail, but I think her reaction is cute. Now what about all those chefs tasting their food and saying Mmm yummy. What else are they going to do? Spit it out and say yuck? Food Network must teach their chefs to do this (as witnessed in Next Food Network Star. But is it necessary? We hardly expect the chefs to make food they wouldn't enjoy eating.

The only way anyone tasting food and saying oh delicious is going to help anyone else is if you know that person and know their taste in food versus yours. Then if they like things you don't, you know not to try the dish they are gushing over.
