1 loaf rye bread

6 ounces Russian dressing

1 pound cole slaw

2 ounces corned beef, sliced

4 slices Swiss cheese

2 ounces pastrami, sliced

Directions

  1. For the sloppy Joe:
  2. Cut the bread down the side to open up like a sub. Hollow out bread, removing the soft inside. Add 3 ounces Russian dressing, 1/2 pound cole slaw, 2 ounces corned beef and 2 slices Swiss cheese. Add pastrami, more Russian dressing, and 2 more slices of Swiss cheese. Add the remaining cole slaw and close the sandwich. Slice into 3 pieces and use 3 club toothpicks to secure the Sloppy Joe. Big mouth and a lot of napkins needed.
