Spiked Peach Tea

Ingredients

4 cups sweet tea (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups Peach Nectar, recipe follows

1 cup bourbon 

4 lemon slices, for garnish 

4 mint sprigs, for garnish 

Peach Nectar:

3 cups frozen peaches, thawed

2 teaspoons lemon juice 

1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, optional 

Directions

Special equipment:

  1. Stir together the tea, Peach Nectar and bourbon in a pitcher filled with ice. Pour into iced tea glasses filled with ice and garnish with a lemon slice and mint sprig.

Peach Nectar:

  1. Combine the peaches, 2 cups water, lemon juice and sugar (if using) in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the peach nectar through a fine-mesh strainer. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
