This has been my "top secret" bread dip for so many years! I am always asked to make it for parties and holidays. I am always being asked for the recipe and I quote the 1970's laundry commercial by saying "Ancient Chinese Secret". Even non-spinach lovers will enjoy the Knorr recipe found on the box - be sure to use the Knorr Vegie soup mix and don't hesitate to add the scallion and water chestnut (chop in a processor to hide your ingredients)
