Surprisingly very tasty. I say surprisingly because I didn't think that these ingredients out of a can would compliment each other so my curiosity got the best of me. I used two cans of sardines because I saw that one was not enough for my taste after mixing. I also used Mutti brand whole cherry tomatoes because I love the burst of tomato flavor that I get from canned tomatoes that are imported from Italy. I also added some dried Italian herbs and salt and pepper to taste. It's the end of winter right now where I am but I can see how this would be a lovely light salad in summer served on a bed of butter or romaine lettuce. Sans the sardines this dish would also make a great healthy vegan salad. I'm glad I tried it out.
