SUZANNE M.

My sister has made this for the past 4 years. The house smells wonderful while she's making it. We take it with us when we go to family gatherings where it really IS family therapy when bourbon or vodka are added. We add sparkling water or ginger ale for a more 'punchy' version. It can also be made into a punch without alcohol(for the kids). We spread the cooked cranberries on butter crackers or bread. Yum! The pectin in the berries makes this thick. Truly a wonderful base for drinks.
