Ingredients

Lavender sprigs or, if you prefer, mint, pineapple mint or other herb

Ice

4 ounces crisp, dry white wine, such as sauvignon blanc

2 ounces elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain

2 ounces vodka

Club soda

Directions

  1. Pick a few of the lavender buds from a sprig, and muddle them in 2 highball glasses. Fill with ice, then add the wine, liqueur and vodka and top with club soda. Garnish with lavender sprigs.
