Ingredients

1 oz. Ketel One Citroen Vodka

.75 oz. pomegranate liqueur

.5 oz. fresh lemon sour*

.25 oz. pomegranate juice

1 piece orange twist

*Fresh Lemon Sour

4 oz. fresh lemon juice

2 oz. simple syrup

.5 oz. water

Directions

  1. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Serve straight up in a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.

I served these for Thanksgiving and they were a hit! My mom said it was even better than the Pomegranate Martini that she had at the Hyatt. The best pomegranate liqueur to get is the Pama brand. It's pricey but worth it.
