Ingredients
2 tomatoes, cored
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 red onion, sliced
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Slice tomato in half and squeeze seeds into a bowl. Dice tomato into pieces. Transfer to medium bowl. Chop avocado and combine with tomato. Pour in lemon juice. Add onion. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
