Ingredients
Nonstick coconut oil spray, for the parchment
2 bananas, sliced 1/8-inch thick
1/2 lemon, juiced
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with nonstick coconut oil spray.
- Lay the banana slices on the prepared baking sheet, lightly brush with the lemon juice and cook for about 2 hours. Remove to a rack and let cool. The chips will harden as they cool.
