Banana Chips

Ingredients

Nonstick coconut oil spray, for the parchment

2 bananas, sliced 1/8-inch thick 

1/2 lemon, juiced 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with nonstick coconut oil spray.
  2. Lay the banana slices on the prepared baking sheet, lightly brush with the lemon juice and cook for about 2 hours. Remove to a rack and let cool. The chips will harden as they cool.
