Ingredients

10 pounds tri-tip

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons black pepper

3 tablespoons salt

3 tablespoons garlic

3 tablespoons chili pepper

3 tablespoons onion salt

3 tablespoons cumin

3 tablespoons cilantro

Directions

  1. Marinate tri-tip with dry rub and place on grill. Sear both sides then grill over low heat.

Made this marinade for Easter and everyone loved it! The roast was so tender and flavorful. We had quite a bit of leftovers. The next day, I cut the leftover tri-tip roast up and made chili...that was excellent as well.
