Ingredients
8 cups cubed watermelon
1/4 cup fresh lime juice, plus lime rounds, for garnish
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 to 1 chile pepper, stemmed, seeded and chopped
About 2 cups seltzer or club soda
Directions
- Puree the watermelon, lime juice, sugar and chile pepper in a blender until very smooth.
- Fill glasses half full with ice, fill halfway with the watermelon juice and add about equal parts (or to taste) of seltzer. Garnish with lime rounds and serve immediately.
