Ingredients
8 ounces creamy French feta cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 large clove garlic, grated
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
8 scallions, green and white parts both, minced, plus additional for garnish
Kosher salt, if needed
Seedy crackers, for serving
Sliced carrots and cucumbers, for serving
Directions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, gently whip the feta, mayonnaise and cream cheese at medium speed until smooth and combined, 2 to 3 minutes. Beat in the sesame seeds, oregano, red pepper flakes and garlic. Remove the bowl from the mixer and stir in the Parmesan, vinegar and scallions. Taste for seasoning. Add salt, if desired.
- Spoon the dip into a bowl and garnish with scallions. Serve with seedy crackers and sliced carrots and cucumbers.
