The menu of ultra-spicy Szechuan classics includes plenty of options for adventurous eaters, such as frog with green chile and hot sauce, duck with beer, and boiled live fish. Cumin lamb is standard Szechuan fare, covered in enough chile flakes to stimulate even the most-accustomed bellies. At approximately $30 for lunch for two with ample leftovers, it’s a Schezuan experience worth braving the traffic.
