Waffle Saturday is the brainchild of "waffle master" Adam Schonert and co-owner Erika Jensen, a chocolatier who trained at the famed L.A. Burdick before opening The Chocolate Season in her hometown. The seasonally rotating menu is as decadent as it gets, with combinations like the Baconator (a smoky bacon waffle strewn with whipped butter, salted candied pecans and maple syrup) and the Salted Chocolate (a cocoa-infused waffle with Nutella, whipped cream, caramel sauce and salted caramelized cornflakes).
