Josie and Hector Garcia's waffle business started as a humble stand at the Nampa Farmers' Market before it became a brick-and-mortar storefront in downtown Boise. While the location has changed, the liege waffle base has stayed the same, a yeast-risen dough studded with pearl sugar that caramelizes in the iron press.
