Her childhood on her parents' potato farm in rural Maine encouraged Chef Chandra Gouldrup to build her restaurant's menu around the bounty from growers near her Massachusetts restaurant. On weekends, apple cider from Boston's Downeast Cider House takes center stage in the form of buttery waffles with cider infused in both the batter and in the finishing sauce.
