Renee Faris started her career in New York City with Union Square Events pastry chef Dan Keehner, but eventually moved to Rutherford and brought her fan-favorite Citrus Olive Oil Cake recipe with her. High-quality olive oil and citrus form the base of the fluffy cake, which is garnished with a simple citrus-vanilla glaze, orange peel and, in the winter months, a fresh sprig of rosemary.
